The architectural vision responds directly to its setting, framing uninterrupted bay views from every level while creating a private retreat insulated from the surrounding neighborhood. The three-story massing balances horizontal cantilevers against vertical circulation, producing a sculptural composition that reads as both grounded and weightless.

The material palette pairs warm timber slats with crisp white stucco and expansive glazing, blending tropical warmth with contemporary restraint. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, while deep overhangs and recessed terraces provide shade and privacy without sacrificing the indoor-outdoor connection central to South Florida living. A sculptural spiral staircase serves as both circulation spine and architectural focal point, threading the three levels together with a single dramatic gesture.
